The Last Vibe at Youth Vibe

LPU’s annual global open youth festival ‘Youth Vibe 2024’ ended with a bang on 13th August 2024. The three-day fest that illustrated diversity comprised of hundreds of competitions including ‘FBB Campus Princess’, whose winners make direct entry to Miss India Contest, ‘Mr and Miss Youth Vibe’, GoKart Championship, and also sports championships.

As many as 150 food stalls on a variety of national and international tastes were also installed to celebrate diversity and to keep the students energized. Illustrative, a fashion show was organized by School of Fashion on the theme “Diversity” in which students put up a marvellous show of elegance dressed up in cultural attires with a modern touch.

Three days of the global open fest saw thousands of students participating in competitive performances under entries from across India. Hundreds of innovative technical events made students show skills in different domains of engineering, science and many other streams.

Chief Minister of Punjab, Bhagwant Mann attended the function on the concluding day. LPU Chancellor Ashok Mittal distributed cash prizes of more than Rs 10 lakh and certificates to the winners of different events. The fest provided a platform to the students to showcase their talent in their respective fields.
